Yes, +312. Nasr and Ericsson would have finished 1-2 in the Mercs. Doubt they would have taken each other out as often, therefore there is a decent possibility they might have outscored Nico and Urkel, easily outpointing the cans.

 

I'm sure Mansell thinks even he could have won it in the Merc!

Niki and even Toto probably also fancy themselves as podium material ,the car really was/is that good

Sorry, why not Nasr? He did a great job in 2015 when Sauber was not that bad. He was champion in previous series... I don't see elements to say he is as bad as Maldonado.

 

The Merc was so far ahead even Suzie Wolfe would have had a decent run at the WDC! Nevertheless Nico did a great job putting some manners on Elton.

 

+1 until we see what he can do in a car that can win...its just a guess. His history shows some talent. He does not come off as a Maldonado type driver.

Nasr hasn't won any championship since he took the British F3 title back in 2013.

Nasr hasn't managed to win the title when he was in GP2 (he finished 3rd).

Please note that Maldonado won the GP2 title !!

As a matter of fact, I quite like Nasr, and I think he is a good journeyman.

It's a pity he will not drive next year by the look of it.

But I don't think he is a great driver, and certainly he wouldn't be on the same level as Hamilton, Rosberg or Bottas in a Mercedes.

 

William, during his time, winning the British F3 was a much more respected achievement than winning the GP2. He also won Formula BMW, no? There are much more unsuccessful GP2s champions than successful ones.

How do you know he wouldn't be on the same level as Bottas?

With Ferrari, Vettel will still be faster than Raikkonen.

The most competitive intra-team competition will be Red Bull. So, not much change from last season.

 

Sorry to desagree, but hamilton is not the fastest driver out there, nor even the second fastest.
