Thanks so much!! It means a lot to me!! Yeah people till this day talk about how my dad drove it in my mothers village wit the doors up and kids running after it. Been my life long dream to buy him a Countach/v12 Lambo... During the Civil war $1 USD = 3 Lebanese pounds. In 1990, $1 USD = 2500 Lebanese pounds. Everyone said to exchange all their money to LBP to keep it "strong". that and people ripping him off when constructing a 4 story residential building got him into huge debts. Just hard to think that my dad has gone through that... he bought all his in laws the latest Mercedes (in the 80s) and even helped them with down payments on houses. He is just so kind hearted but unfortunately too trusting... To make things worse? he had property that is now worth an easy $8m that he sold and left behind wanting to live the life in Lebanon... sigh.. All I can do is learn from his mistakes.
Duttons have a 25th Anniversary available at the moment... Worth a visit to their showroom Countach or not.

Thank you guys Yeah it has consumed me for years! haha. I'll keep my Facebook page as well as the thread up to date as much as I can. Currently doing some "boring" work modelling the underside of the car so once I have a lot of that done I can share some pictures. Hopefully soon after that I can start 3D printing the body panels.. YUM! The Dutton Countach is JamesARK's ex Countach, i'll try to visit it as I can use some pics of it's engine, it was down the road from my work years back at Classic Throttle Shop.
