    I stand corrected.
I contacted the Work shop manual provider and was told that it has 941 pages and the layout appears to be similar to the F430 manual I had. I understand these are complicated cars but being so far away from a dealer, owning a manual makes sense to me. To be able to remove and replace some simple wear items or to be able to do a service would provide a sense of satisfaction as well. Knowing the sequence for tear down and install is essential for the handy guy or his local mechanic.
That being said, is there anyone that wants a FF work shop manual? Shared cost of $150.00 each.

And there is NO information shared from them

I happened to speak with their engineer a couple of years back about possibly offering a 'satellite' service facility, you know, dead battery, small stuff. He laughed and said absolutely no chance.

Life might not even be good during the warranty period if you end up spending a lot of your time at the dealership getting things fixed, albeit under warranty.

People never ever think of that when buying a car loaded down with needless, useless gadgets. Instead they express their complete dissatisfaction with the poor guy in the dealer who
    A. Would have told him not to buy it had he been given the chance and
    B. Really doesn't want to spend his life fixing that crap because that is not what he signed up for.

And if the poor bastard is being paid flat rate which these days he almost certainly is, is going to give the job all the attention to detail he is being paid for.

Look no further then the local audi dealer if you want to see factory techs walking out the door. Bmw isn't to far behind either. Cars are just getting stupid, and far to complex to even bother with.

Wouldn't call them a toilet. I would own one. Such a beautiful drive. Cheap to buy now. And really pretty reliable. I don't see to many big problems..other then rads and power steering leaks.

The BMW techs in my area are awesome and they make big bucks - they are not walking out the door, I guarantee that :)

I may try that on the timing belt of my 355. Would save the hassle of dropping the whole sub-frame.

No, that's not true. One of the best Ferrari tech's in the industry worked for a dealer for 27 years. And, a few on this board still work at dealers and are very good.

So back to the original post.
I have ordered the Ferrari FF workshop manual and have two that have spoken up and want a copy of the 941 page workshop manual. I need two more to take the sting out of the original purchase price. It would be sent to you in a PDF format.
PM me if you want a copy.

Not my local dealer. It's a revolving door. One tech left who was the dealer top tech. No word of a lie, he now works on school buses. He hated the amount of work and time it took just to do which would normally be very simple tasks. In the manifold replacement on an n63 engine? Remove engine.

I purchased it from a company that specializes in repair manuals for a pretty penny.
