In my opinion, several relevant countries are missing from this list:
    - in the Middle East: Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait - which I would understand was explained in post #239 (still have my doubts, though, if this tracks "registrations")
    - in Europe: San Marino, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Ireland
    - in Asia: at least on of the Central Asian oil & resource-rich countries must have a 2016 Ferrari (Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan...)
    - in Africa: no African country apart from South Africa? Seems unlikely...

One can only post data if it is available on the Net.

No Websites giving registrations / sales are currently available, except for Ireland which showed no registrations for 2016.

    San Marino registrations under Italy.

No Websites available for former Russian States.

In the Middle East there were a few sold in Jordan, but no data available.

In Africa perhaps Morocco, but no data available.

Interesting story from South Africa's 'CAR' magazine:-

"SARS thwarts attempt to ‘smuggle’ LaFerrari into SA…

The South African Revenue Service says that it has intercepted a LaFerrari that the owner was attempting to smuggle into the country.

According to Eyewitness News, the unidentified owner first brought the hypercar into South Africa in 2014, but failed to follow the correct import procedures, which included paying the necessary customs duties and VAT.

So, SARS put the limited production, 708 kW hybrid hypercar into a bonded warehouse for three years as the owner struggled to finalise the “required customs processes”, SARS spokesperson Sandile Memela told the African News Agency.

But in February this year, the owner declared that the vehicle would be exported to the Democratic Republic of Congo instead, via the Beitbridge border post.

“A day later, there was an attempt to have the vehicle return to South Africa through the same border post,” Memela explained.

The revenue service then seized the LaFerrari at the border, before issuing the owner with a letter of intent as part of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act No 3 of 2000 to enable them to make a representation to SARS.

New, LaFerrari pricing started at $1,35-million (about R17,6-million in today’s money), although at the end of 2016 the 500th unit produced sold for a whopping $7-million (around R91,2-million) at auction."

"The South African Revenue Service says that it has intercepted a LaFerrari that the owner was attempting to smuggle into the country."

Reading between the lines means neighbouring Zimbabwe (Beitbridge Border Post) was graced with a LaFerrari for one day.

Interesting to look at the 'Ferrari Density' in several countries.

Which is highest - HK or Monaco? UAE must also be well up there, with half as many as the USA in just two major cities - Dubai and Abu Dhabi (there is still a lot of desert in the eponymous states).

Perhaps Ferrari ownership could be an additional socio-economic indicator!

Due to Monaco being so tiny and hence a lack of parking space, some Monegasque Folk may purchase their Ferrari/s in neighbouring France, register them on French plates and park them in Nice etc.

Unfortunatly, the site has no model breakdown.
The kba data misses LaF and GTC4 Lusso figures.

The difference in figures is 111#

Looking at neighbouring Switzerland for 2016:-

    GTC4Lusso - 32#
    LaFerrari - 15#
    Total - 47#

Hence if similar sales in Germany, still a lot of cars missing.

Big differences with the shipment numbers from the Ferrari factory. Especially the numbers in the Middle East.
