I have to say I'm rather disappointed in finding still the same profusion of fences, winglets, etc on the sidepods, of "blades" in the front wing, etc...the look is not that different from the 2016 cars either, except for the rear wing.

I got really excited to see the first reveal. Yay!

Then I saw the ridiculous complexity of the front wings. Boo hiss. :(

Well, the front/rear wing is raked back somewhat. Tyres are wider and front wing is wider. Don't care for that ugly little bulbous nose. From an aero perspective, I guess all will still have those cascade/elements throughout.

I said a few weeks ago that theae cars dont look significantly different. Just more of the same. Wider sure but more of the same. From the front the rear wing still looks to narrow among other stuff. I'll withhold my final opinion until i see them live.

And the wings, especially the front, might (might...) be somewhat bogus not to reveal some aero tweaks before the practice next week.

My thoughts as well. I do think the Williams looks better than last model.

Will Ferrari be the last team ever to adopt the S post-box slot in the nose cone?

I mean it looks good... better... but just looks like a more refined or maybe more aggressive version of what was last year. For some reason I just really thought the rear wing was going to be much wider. Whatever... we'll see, but anything is better than these disasters in 14:

The wider tires really help the stance. I like the new smoother look on the side pods

If McLaren does go orange I hope it's the much lighter orange of the '60's.

Too much aero emphasis. Fail. (Regs fault, not Williams') what was already an engineering championship became more so.
