Installed Novitec Test Pipes and Exhaust for 488

Sound is very important when deciding a super car, that's why people can't stop talking about it. My car has exactly the same setup with John's 458 (actually I learned from his video 2 years ago), and the best way to describe is it sounds very similar the FXX Evoluzione, with 10% less loudness due to FXX has 2L larger engine. The Novitec muffler makes the high pitch screaming, and test pipe is for loudness. IPE F1 doesn't scream that high.

 

Ok, that's it! I'm selling my 488 GTB, cancelling my order for my 488 Spider and ordering the hottest 458 exhaust system money can buy. Will that fit on my i3

 

Not yet Carlo. 458 since '13 But a Spider will probably be specced this summer

 

Congrats Mik; looove your Spider's sound: perhaps the best out there!!
Imho though, test pipes beget the high 'F1' pitch sound, not the mufflers,
which actually alter sound only quite incrementally.

Don't know yet, but probably. Colour will most likely be either Rosso Cali, Rosso Fiorano or Rubino Mica, or perhaps Rosso TRS. However, there's that little wrench in the machinery called a McLaren 720S and my better half seems VERY interested in persuading me to go that route

Just came home to a cold northern Copenhagen.
Leaving for a warm Florionapolis in a few hours. Man, I'd love to be at the Kempinski getting ready for the show right now(I know, I like the simple stuff).
But that's okay, not in the cards this year. Rehabilitating 3000+ animals and a warm climate will make up for it
