    Wow, all beige alcantara and is the rest of the interior grey or some blue also? Truly beautiful and spot on spec.

    Edit: I'm guessing grey as per this last picture.

    Simply spectacular!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the smile sneaking into the top part of the last picture!

    The color is perfectly suited to the aggressive TDF and the interior materials look just right. I love the quilting on the lower interior- like the old school cars.

    I'm not so sure that is really alcantara or some other material?

    Not Alcantara. I had a vision of the 1970's F1 cars and some GT cars of the period where the seats were lined in a very Italian material called Pecorra, a natural sheep suede. Delicious to touch with natural irregularities and so has more character than the artificial alcantara and links to the past.

    Actually the alcantara is black as you can see in this out of focus shot where I have had to bleach out the Pecora straps to show the quilting.

    Thanks Rodolfo. This is my favorite TDF so far! It's so bespoke and unique in all the right ways (for me at least)!

    I touched the Pecorra material when I was at the factory last summer- it feels really great.

    Well spotted! Who would you want signing your door sills on such a car?

    There are other bespoke details such as carbon foot rests etc which you can just see in this picture.

    Thanks everyone for your kind comments. Nervous moments revealing to you lot, especially after the historic build up despite some amazing compliments from those who have seen the car in Italy. More to follow tomorrow.

    Ok, well worth the wait (and putting up with the tongue-in-Cheek comments). That is very very heautiful and well judged. I absolutely love the interior and need to take some time to study the details. You have done a lot that I can gain future inspiration from and have a very unique TDF. You gotta be pleased....!!

    Tim you have outdone yourself with this tdF. Ironically I though of the F1 interior material some time ago and wondered how that color and that kind of trim would look in a modern Ferrari. The Berger example is seen below. You took the idea independently and followed through; way to go!
