I have a Canadian spec 1991 348. My toolkit only contains these 3 trays and the air compressor. I've always been curious as to why I don't have the spark plug socket or the ratchet wrench. There is no empty space in the toolkit so I doubt that I'm missing a tray.

    Does this look right?

That looks like a 355 kit, with some differences between the light bulbs.

Are you the first owner, and that kit came with the car?

    I don't. ;)

Also yes, that looks like a 355 tool kit pic that was just posted.

So which version are you looking for? Or either (vertical or horizontal).

Whichever I can get my hands on, that is complete (or as close to complete as possible)

Interesting. No, I'm not the original owner. The kit came with the car. Does anyone have a Canadian-spec 1991 car to confirm what tool kit they have?

I'm going to have a close look at the flat tire repair kit to see if it has a date stamp. Perhaps that would be a clue as to when the whole kit was produced.

The Canadian cars didn't get ECU diagnostic buttons, so perhaps we didn't get ratchets either!!!!

I was looking for vertical, but it appears I really need a horizontal (my car is a 90). I would be happy with either.

Mine is a CDN spec car, imported to the US in 2015. While it has the proper kit (see post #25 above) I don't know if it's exactly the one that came with the car when new.

On the 348, changing the spark plugs is quite easy, and are very accessible when compared to the 355.

Maybe Ferrari didn't want anyone other than the Pros to work on the 355. ;)

Kidding aside, maybe someone who has first-hand knowledge will provide some insight.
