So much work to do in April, including travel and an imminent vacation. Wish I could make it... At least I'm picking up my Modena today since the weather is nice.

After months of waiting for spring and a sleepless night before the big day I picked up my 348tb from the dealer yesterday. A childhood dream cometrue, love every inch of this car!

I have some 360 wheels and an x-ost exhaust waiting in the garage that will be added next week (muffler) and after the summer (wheels).

Congrats! Looks perfect!! - thanks for sharing the news.
I've also enjoyed the nice weather today with my 360CH... who know's when the next such weekend may follow.

PS: I don't see any need for other wheels for your marvellous 348 - and if there is any urge to change them, I would recommend Speedline 348/355 Challenge wheels.
    Cheers

Congrats on your new car, Chris! Looks beautiful!

I would not change those wheels either because these are the wheels that belong to that car.

Enjoy your car and see you soon!

Congratulations. Enjoy the car while the weather is nice.

I would also keep the original wheels. They fit the car perfectly IMHO. But it's your car, do what makes you happy.

Thank you all for the nice feedback. It really was an amazing feeling to drive it into my garage at last. I will definitely "keep" (in terms of not selling) the OEM wheels but I think the 360 wheels look a little bit nicer on the car. But that's just my taste.

And since I have have both sets of wheels, I can still switch it up if im am craving that OEM look at some point.

CH348, looks lovely. I think the 348 looks are maturing very nicely now. It has a little of OTT Testarossa styling but in a more discrete package. Its really growing on me. Is that lake Zurich in the background?

Chris – I must admit; these wheels look really great on that car! Gives the car a bit of a touch of a 355.

And if you have bigger wheels, maybe you can find Michelin Pilot Super Sports (PSS) tires for your car. These tires are really great but are not available in all sizes. In addition, Michelin made the Pilot Sport 4 available a couple of weeks ago. They claim that this is an even better tire than the PSS.

Thanks HKS and yes, this is lake Zurich near Horgen I think.

Markus, I feel the same way about the wheels, make the car look at least 10 years younger and more agile. ;-)

Nothing beats the MPSS except maybe the SC2's but they are very poor in wet

Kiddie – I just mounted the 3rd set of MPSS on my 575M. I am very happy with these tires.

I read on the Michelin homepage about the Pilot Sport 4. It sounded like this is the next evolution of the MPSS. Since it is more expensive than the MPSS I thought this might be. But did not try it so far.

    Sorry to hitchhike this thread…

Kiddie – Did you get my e-mail regarding the annual fee of the Ferrari Drivers Club? You did not come back to me and I just wanted to be sure you got the e-mail.

I can't remember to be honest, but with my latest acquisition (458 Challenge) I'm going to spend every spare second on the (a) track. If I can join for a drive or 2 I'll pitch-in pro rata if that is ok with you and the boyz from TI ;-)

    Hi everybody

Yesterday I was in Geneva looking for the new 812 Superfast.

I have to admit that the car looks gorgeous, much better in flesh than on pictures. The lines are smoother, not so edgy. The matte grey ... needs getting used to, but the red is a wonderful colour, albeit I would choose a darker one for this type of car.

I was a little disappointed with the interior. I don't like the new steering wheel, above all the manettino. Also the bridge looks cheap, which is probably intended, so you have to choose the carbon fibre options.

According to my dealer the 812 Superfast has to be a commercial success. The first customers gets their cars in 2018, the production is sold out till 2020. And after Geneva you probably have to wait till 2021. The price is not fixed yet. But I presume it will be over CHF 350000.

The Pickwick pub on Rue de Lausanne is quite large and has good pub food.
Not sure you'll find anything "cheap" during the car show :\

I also saw the 812 in flesh, sat inside and all that. Didn't take any photos apart from a selfie which won't be of much interest to any of you folk. Nice car, but I'm still more interested in a 458 (although the red 488 on the stand was nice as well).

    I'm so jealous :)

What color did you get, and does it have the stripes?
