fact: several people lost £40k+ of their own hard earned money because of this piece of **** I wouldn't knowingly give my business to any kind of thief, regardless of mechanical ability. if you're not trolling then you're ignorant to facts.
I don't know the strict definition of trolling, but singing the praises of this man in front of his victims, is, at the very least, in poor taste. If you are happy about the service you get from him and have no qualms about putting money into the hands of someone who has behaved in the way he has towards members of this community, that's your business, but there is no need for you to shout about it here, and every reason to keep your opinions to yourself.
There are plenty of highly talented and honest Ferrari mechanics to choose from. Verdi has been proven not to be honest and that's why I would not choose to leave my car with him.
Such a great guy he threatened to come over to Prague and " sort me out" when i exposed him on pistonheads and I do not think he was talking about the 25,000 GBP he owed.
This new Ferrari magazine was launched at last weekend's Silverstone Classic meeting. It looks interesting but posters to this thread may particularly like to look at this ad on page 142 ! Looks as though he is back. Image Unavailable, Please Login
A link to help you find Verdi's new site Verdi Ferrari - Specialist in Ferrari Servicing | Parts & Accessories | Bodywork & Crash Repairs It would be interesting to hear the latest news from previous victims - sorry, I mean clients!
The prices of sales cars on their website are out of date. Or it's their old website. 355 spider £35k and 37k, Mondial QV £14k and 550M £85k. All rhd.
I'll take the lot, please I think it's just history - I can't imagine anyone trusting him to sell their cars now.
His website quotes £795 for cambelts on a 512TR. He must employ a mechanic with teeny weeny hands to got to the front of the engine without taking it out like everyone else needs to do.
Hello Gentlemen, this is a quick message to let the community know that Kabir Verdi is no longer associated to GVE Servicing or GVE London. We thank him for his efforts and wish him good luck in his new endeavours. Our Service Center is now staffed by 2 senior and one mid-level technicians (who between them have over 60 years experience in the industry) and it is being headed by Guy Tedder (ex-Talacrest). Thanks, David (Owner at GVE London)
The basis of their website is quite old. It quotes units 9 and 10. 10 is now occupied by a company on Companies House register. 9 is shown as being available to rent. Google maps (July 17) show both units as empty and available to rent.
The half page ad for Verdi has now appeared in the latest edition of 'Forza' How many times will this guy bounce back?
Karl Verdi has done it again. Defrauded one of my clients. Nice car gone - never paid. Currently at 93 Bollo Lane, just change name from Scuderia Scaglieti Ltd to X Scuderia Ltd. I am interest in hearing if currently other persons have been defrauded by Verdi.
That is outrageous! Surely this is a criminal offence? In view of past history, can't the Police arrest him for theft / deception / something?
