    Just saw dash cam video on ABC Ch 7 11pm News
    of a Black Ferrari
    458-488 with Ferrari Westlake Lisc plate frame
    on rear driving like an idiot heading Uphill South on
    Topanga Cyn passing cars on the right then
    swerving in cutting of cars, crossing double yellow
    Line etc. Driving like he stole the car !
    The LAPD requested help in identifying the driver !
    This guy drove in such a reckless manner if you
    know him you should turn him in or have a serious
    Talk with him.

    I saw a Purple California on the same road yesterday but it was just cruising...

    It's nobody I know but I would like to see the video, if LAPD is investigating he really must have been nuts....assuming no plates
