Doesn't check any boxes on my list, but to each his own. Nice machine though.

I respect that, it's definitely a niche appeal no doubt.

I think they are cool, but at the same time not sure why they exist. Definitely unique and I like seeing them around town...just can't figure out why I would ever buy one.

Awesome pics, especially seeing them next to the "non-squared" g-wagons. The entire driveline and suspension system are incredible, so I'm glad the car rides smooth to reflect all that machinery!

I think they exist as a way for MB to show off the capabilities they have as far as their engineering department goes. Obviously, they're flexing different muscles outside of the performance category, but rather the complex suspension, and just the sheer madness of making such a large vehicle. I'd totally buy one if I was loaded, but who wouldn't if they could just have one easily.

Ahh fellow Nittany Lion! I'm a junior in IST right now. The car game here is...absolutely unreal. Hopefully I too can own an italian exotic in the near future, but in the meantime, getting to see them up close and learning from the owners is a great experience. Do you have an exotic by chance?

I think it would look better with a spare wheel on the back. Otherwise cool truck.

I totally agree with this, it looks incomplete being a G-Wagon without the spare.

The ported axles are cool, but cannot justify the dramatic price differential, IMO.

Hopefully the maintenance won't be too bad. Might be worth acquiring used.

It's nice except for that nasty highlighter yellow. I look forward to that trend ending

And agree it would look nicer with a spare on the rear. Can't be too hard to add one though

Good luck finding one used. The rarity of these will keep their values high. Unless MB makes another batch of them to dilute the market, I imagine these will hold their values for awhile, especially the ones with the bright color paint.

The highlighter yellow suits well the complete nonsense this car represents. I absolutely love it this way even though its the most common one around. There are four in Warsaw in this color.

I concur, this car is pure bonkers, might as well be a bright color.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't get all the craze for this. Wouldn't you guys say MB did something crazier than this just a few years ago with the Gwagen 6x6? To me that thing is ridiculous and I love it for that. This 4x4 squared thing looks too much like a regular G just lifted...the 6x6 is where it's at imo. :)
