I wanted to see if anyone could tell me what is happening. 2001 F1 Spider
I have noticed after a long drive and the engine is hot, the F1 transmission will not go in reverse. This has happened a couple of times, but when it cools down everything is fine.
I have checked and all the fluids are always fresh and full. Anyone have this happen?

Your PIS is probably a little too tight. Thermal change is keeping the clutch from fully disengaging. The drag is limiting the shift to R. You probably can hear it on upshifts as well.

Personally, I leave the F1 adjustments to the pros. When set up correctly they are very trouble free and reliable. When done poorly, they are expensive and problem prone.

Where are you in the bay area? I am in Campbell, South Bay.
