I seem to recall that when I attended the 50th anniversary celebration I bought tickets in advance.

Does anyone know what will happen this year? I have not seen any information regarding admission. But hey, its Ferrari - perhaps I should ask around 1 Sept!

There will be a Concours, possibly at Fiorano (NOT confirmed).
Entry fee per concours car is Euro € 2'500 (as per factory concours application). Owners had to submit up to five cars from which the factory will select the ones they want.

I know that Keith Bluemel has been asked to be a judge, but not yet formally, and only when he enquired what was happening because of course it coincides with the Goodwood Revival.

Last week Friday Sergio Marchionne had a meeting personally selecting the judges for the concours. All American restorers were refused (David Carte, Patrick Ottis, Paul Russell, Bob Smith, Brian Hoyt, etc.), they don't want anybody from the trade. Chief judge will be Adolfo Orsi.
They are also still looking for approximately 20 additional cars.

I am not sure when Keith talked to whoever. I saw him last Saturday. I think he had only been enquiring as he was trying to set his calendar. I wouldn't want to misrepresent him.

Well, that would seem to narrow the field of first-hand knowledge.
What about British or European (Italian?) trade insiders, including brokers/dealers, etc ?
Would it be right to assume all invited cars will be expected to have been "Classiche"d ?
    Just curious.
