Three were exactly on and one was VERY slightly off.

Thanks for the answers to my questions, Larry. Just trying to get more *real world* data on the longevity of various components.

The water pump you used has the original impeller design made from metal, right?

It is a metal impeller but I don't think the design is the same. The one I pulled is plastic and so is the one pulled in the previous major.

Before or after you timed them?

Before. I just used the marks to time since they were on when I opened it up.

Cool. That's the new, trick design. Glad to know someone is running one. I'll be using the same one, assuming no bad reports from the field.

Does the build quality look good?

Tons more efficient impeller design with lots less chance of cavitation. Should be less power loss, better cooling, and perhaps even better heater output at idle. I'm stoked about 'em.

Build quality is excellent. Far better than stock without a doubt. ESPECIALLY the impeller design.

Good to know. We're extremely fortunate to have it as an option, along with the Hill bearings. I'm sure it was very expensive to develop those parts.
