thanks for the info. unfortunately its not a car ill ever be in the market for. but a red/gold SV is probably the top of the list for my favorite cars of all time. is the low $2million range the price for miura in today's market?

    Hi

Just in case you guys didn't know these were available we no have the Cinturato CN12 tyres that were fitted to the SV PIRELLI CINTURATO ™ CN12 | Longstone Tyres 215/70VR15 front and 255/60VR15 rear.

Pirelli have been excellent with Lambo tyres recently because a while ago they reproduced the 205VR15 PIRELLI CINTURATO ™ CN72 | Longstone Tyres

There is more detail about Muira tyres on here Lamborghini Miura | Longstone Tyres If i have missed anything then please let me know.

We also have the original P7 tyre for the Countach coming soon as well Lamborghini Countach | Longstone Tyres

I think these pictures shows the first Countach (sort of) fitting the Muira SV tyres. does anyone know more?

I sold #3129 to well known London based Dealer Joe Macari on the 08/14/2012, who intended to restore it.

I bought #3129 from Joe Macari in April 2016.

After the Miura 50th Anniversary Tour, Polostorico have undertaken a year long restoration.

They've done an amazing job completely rebuilding the engine, diff, carbs, electrics, brakes...

All non-Lamborghini parts have been changed back and engine upgraded to SV spec. Not that there was a huge difference to start with, other than splitting the sump.

Also having all the tyres changed and rear rims back from SV spec as they run too close to the wheel arch to be safely used.

Will hopefully have it back in the next couple of weeks for me to enjoy

This was one of my favourite.

If only I could have had a copy of these to put on my coffee table at home.

I have way too many photos and don't want to flood this thread about my restoration :)

I had an expert point out to me (in Arizona) that several body components did not have matching assembly numbers. He showed these to me on the car itself. I can't say of they have been corrected since but the price would indicate otherwise.

Thank you for posting one of my all-time favorite SVs, not least because its a very original example.

Delivered on the 28th of July 1972 via S.E.A Automobili di Roma.

New to Adrian Conan Doyle, 1968 Miura P400 3480.

So many great classic Lamborghinis are being totally restored which can only be a good thing, here, in this short film, Adrian can be seen driving it in a spirited manner when he owned the car.
