I was going to question why these people were on the board, then I thought about my experience with clubs and remembered the type of people that used to push themselves to the top. Have fun being the gofer.

Ugh, into the wall hard. My mate is ok but car a mess - will need a new tub. Now it's a lot of waiting around until he and the car are released.
He went to go down the inside of the car in front at the rolling start. Hit a wet patch and the rear end stepped out to the right, then gripped and pushed him into the wall. Damp track = don't attempt to change direction while accelerating in a 1hp per kg car. Note how aluminium tubs fold up, particularly around your feet, hence "the Lola Limp". My mate was very, very lucky. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Quickest lap ever: https://www.facebook.com/ToyotaMotorsport/videos/1588738291159448/ Hope to do better than 2016, BIG.T have spent $100 millions, can 2017 be the year??
I was asked if I would enter my car earlier in the year with some costs covered. As it turned out I couldn't make it anyway. Apparently the organisers only wanted one class in that era so they chose the F5000's. I was in Warrnambool as my son was in a swimming comp and looking at the weather in Sydney it looked like you guys were too, so no loss. I do hope my car has a class to run in at the Tasman Trophy in November. I'm working a lot in Sydney so that will work well.
Mate, if you saw me drive at PI earlier this year, it was a disgrace! Even I was embarrassed with my times. I took the car out on a test day, my first day in the car and got into the 34's and at the event I only achieved a 38. Still very angry with myself. When work settles down and I can get time off I'm going back to the Island to address this!
