That was a helluva lap for Ham. Had the pressure of Bottas having pole after the first run, then beats him by .44 secs

    Crazy!

+1. For some funny reason it seams that's always the case. And I'm not implying that it happens because of any team orders.

Well Kimi is one of the worst starters in F1 so he will go backwards like always. Its really a shame the season is over. Had so much potential but now that mercedes has figured out the tires they are once again easily the fastest car. Ah well

Looks like Ferrari have been hurt more than Merc by the ban on burning oil in the ICE for extra power. Oh dear. Thats not good if true.

Spectacular laps from Ham, and.... Stroll! Well done to both of them.

Stroll now at risk of taking himself out of contention for the worst F1 driver prize. Palmer is looking seriously strong for that award.

To me the Merc has better brakes or braking ability. Look at the number of times Vettel and Kimi went off the run off area all weekend.

I think Hamilton already has the checkered flag tomorrow. He can phone it in.

Mercedes has the rest of the field covered but it is virtually certain that the race will have a safety car period or red flag. I am looking for Max to make another of his banzai starts.

Half of the race will have a safety car. Max will contribute to that for sure.
