The car you mention was designed at the university of florence. They had help from the chief enzo designer. The replacement for the 360 will be out in around 2007 and have the 4.7 maserati engine, but with a flat plane crank for 9000rpm and 470 or so bhp!

Some of the lines are nice and I imagine once some cost options and design to manufacture cost are ironed out something will be along these lines..

The information i have says 2007 at the earliest. There is a picture of a 360 though with the maser engine in it and the Ferrari branding in todays Autocar. Out of interest next week sees the first magazine test of the 612s!

It's a shame we don't have a morroco mole on the inside ;)

Not too keen on those pictures (above) they look too much like an NSX with a bulbous cabin IMO

The interesting thing is how many of those styling cues were carried over into the 458.

Actually, Mark456 was telling me when I was down south about how much a sketch of the original 360 concept (before it was watered down for production) looks so much like the 458 does today.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

I just happened to come across it and it fitted in with something I'd been discussing recently, so figured "why not?". :)
