Can you explain what material you use to strip the seams of your cases to prevent any dust intrusion?

Any direct or indirect sunlight will affect a model over time. There is Photographic evidence of the original 32" Millennium Falcon yellowing etc. over time from being displayed at museums around the world. UV film on windows can slow the process. I choose to display my collection in a normal room with my other trophies.

Time will reclaim them, but I will enjoy them.

Rosso Corsa, I think that the cabinet should not have sliding doors , but hinged ones with the use of V shaped rubber or silicone seals all around the door recess.
