I've seen some Dubai cars that had a US vin but were actuall made for Dubai and had some different interiors from the standard US cars. (Not saying that the car above is a Dubai car)

Wow...what a flashback. I was there attempting to help them get it started. Took them forever and it almost missed its auction slot. The jury-rig to get that thing started was pretty awesome!

I was blown away that someone paid what they did at BJ for that car given its history.

Going to be interesting what this MKT does. Lots coming on the mkt in general and on this site for MKT top prices. As everyone knows the mkt has corrected sharply if you want to sell your car.

I think many In the classifieds are over priced by as much as 100k.

    Time will tell.

Very good question, obviously that is a very special car.

I would't pay more then 190k today - it will be interesting to see what others will - I could see it at 220-240k, end of the summer we will have lots of good comps via the auctions.

My opinion is also jaded in that I sold mine for 155k and regret it.

What do you think a painted 18k car is worth?

Just wondering, are there any other Challenge Stradale's in the world, with "STRADALE" as their registration on their number plate?
We know there are only a few countries where the system of personalised number plates exists.
I found this first one, of a NY customer. And mine, in Belgium... anybody else? Or maybe with "360 CS" as number plate?

The problem is many states (including WA State) have a limit of 7 digits, preventing the word "stradale". I recall seeing a 360CS plate in the Seattle area...I forget who had it. Since we have many types of personalized plates, there can be more than one. There can be the standard plate one, then a "law enforcement memorial" one, and a "us army veteran" one, and so on....

Interesting! Belgium used to permit only six digits.... untill 2014, from then max. 8 digits! Right then I jumped on this one, several Stradale owners wanted it, never mind the extra 1000 Euro!
