Which restaurant is planned destination this week?

 

We are trying a new restaurant this month:

Coral Beach Cantina - 29350 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu.

The restaurant is on the south side (left while driving out) of PCH just before reaching Zuma Beach. Its a longer drive this time so we are planning to arrive for lunch at 12:30.

Its the usual plan: Meet at the restaurant at 12:30 or join us for an "unofficial" drive from Brentwood. We meet at 11:30 on San Vicente Boulevard, 2 blocks west of Bundy. Please be on time as we try to leave by 11:35.

The weather should be excellent for a drive up the coast. Slightly cooler that the past few days but a nice day for a drive.

Sure. Welcome to come along. Watch the thread. We will post the restaurant location later in the week. The drive meet up is always in Brentwood on San Vicente Boulevard, 2 blocks west of Bundy meeting at 11:30.

 

After some debate we have selected Tavern 1 as the location for the July 28th lunch. The food is good (mainly BBQ) and they have been great about reserving both parking and tables for us in the past. The only issue has been the steep driveway so everyone be armed with that knowledge when pulling in and out - its workable. Reservations are for 12:15.
