+1 Whenever I mention a belt change, I assume it includes the tensioners by default. It'd be crazy to go to the trouble of changing belts without swapping out the tensioners, too. They usually come together as a kit anyhow.

I have a lot of experience with 328. If I were selling this car, I would do this:

    1. Change the belts
    2. Put on Hill Engineering bearings
    3. Measure valve clearance and record them to be in spec, and replace the valve cover gaskets
    4. Change or rebuild the 29 years old water pump
    5. Change the two fuel connecting hoses at the bottom of the tank
    6. Splice in a 12 inch section of the heater hose
    7. Change the two coolant hoses at the back side of the water pump

And call that a very good major service. Anyone else demanding other things to be changed can do those other things AFTER they buy the car, or tell them to buy another car.

I would do #1 and #2 and tell them to hop on #4 - #7 when they get it home.

1 & 2 only (and only then if its more than 3 years since they were done) + V belts & a fluid change. If the valves were done (3) inside the last 10K miles I wouldn't even think about touching them. If the WP isn't leaking (4) & it feels alright then leave well alone. If the tires are over 5 years old change them, same for the pads if more than 50% worn

The rest is restoration work for the new owner.
