I Think....Carroll only made 5 narrow hip 427's.. A doctor in my neighborhood in East Hampton has a real one. Yowww...This is Kirkhams version!! Elite Autos LLC - We are CASH BUYERS for your new or used Exotic or High end car. Sell us your car for CASH today!
Ummm....pretty sure this is a 289 Mk1 slabside replica with a 427 smallblock Windsor stroker in it. Very nice though!
If it were a 289 replica..it would have leaf suspension.. There was an very short interim period between the 289 and the 427 where the chassis was updated but not the body.. I think This is what David Kirkham was aiming at.. Yes, 351 bored out to 427. Must be a wild ride!
i think they are making 289s with 427 underpinnings now... looks like a 289 slabside body to me.... looks a bit overkill
Yep! Kirkham doing Mk I with coil over suspension. A hybrid of sorts...and probably makes for a better handling car...
yes Kirkham makes the slab side both ways .with original style leaf suspension or with the 427 style suspension. No doubt this is a better handling but the leaf is correct...for the 289 slabside..
I bought mine from him..Shelby is his name..His father must have had the bug too. That 199,000.00 is way over.. I's say he would take $150,000 + OR - These Kirkhams are off the charts. Nothing beats the look of the SC though.. Image Unavailable, Please Login
