1000 miles montana. Almost alaska already! You make that drive sound easy. Is there no speed limit roads in Montana still?

These guys are totally "Car Crazy" as the show title used to read. Great times!
(BTW: in a Tesla w/ all the charging, how far behind your current location would you be?

It is usually the other way around: car tagged Montana that we see in the NY area! Obviously, no traffic jams there to heat up the box..

Latest news: They're about 800 miles from the Alaska border. Went through a "monsoon." Going strong!

Guys Brian and I just settled in with about 250miles to Alaska!
So much to tell but the net and cell are dead in the mountains
Over 3,000 miles in three days
Will post pictures when we are back in the states
Might have one more stop on the return!
The bank is running sweet but filthy
Yes that's dirt roads and gravel
    Grueling to say the least

This post apocalyptic world with no soul in sight on roads is perfect for the vanq. This is inspirational. While not having the time for such a trip, I am planning a trip at my scale to canada with a new and old vanq for sept with a friend.

Great news, Joey. Nice seeing some AMOC guys here since the "new" forum is dead now.

    Too cool!
I would have loved to accompany you through Alberta with my Vanquish. But I am working and not able to.
Man!, you must be "pickin em up and layin em down" as they say. That was quick first half. Did you have someone scout ahead of you?

Given that everyone has vanished (no punt) from where they drive, I am not sure what could be slowing the VQ down! Speed limit is 85 mph up north right? that is a cool 100mph before a ticket or a cop decide to move, no?

ALASKA -- they MADE IT! The latest from Joey: They got to Alaska and went about 90 miles in to a town called Tok. About 4200 miles from home. Vanquish continues to run like a train.
