We do have some great roads here in Switzerland, most of them sadly (for me) on the eastern end. The plateaus here in Geneva/Lausanne area are a bit too flat :)

Ferrari specialist Patrice Walter and his restoration shop WHS Walter Historic Sports cars in Bachenbülach (near Zurich Airport) celebrated their open house today. Lots of clients and friends with interesting Ferraris attended and in the shop there was a Daytona Spider, a 330 GTC, and two 365 GTC/4's, plus some other great machinery. Here are a few pix.

I like to see various cars at the same time, a mix of generations.
How many Ferrari are recensed in Switzerland?

    Hello,
I have been grinding my teeth on a tricky problem on my 355 F1 and am looking for a fellow swiss 355 F1 owner who would be willing (against compensation of course) to help my mechanic isolate the root cause by a simple and quick part swap.

The suspected defective part is no longer available as spare in official and semi-official channels so not an easy case to resolve.

    Contact via pm most appreciated.
    Thanks !

How about visiting another Ferrari shop that has an F1 355 in-house and let them do the parts swap to isolate the cause? I guess you're currently using an independent mechanic?

If I wasn't working on Tuesday, a Stelvio pass run would have been fun.

The point is to have the part swap done by an experienced mechanic, not DIY.
I went both to an independent and an official Ferrari service shop. Neither have identified a candidate so far. V8 owners can be picky beyond belief, thinking they have acquired a christian relic.

We (Ferrari Drivers Club) have organized a driving course on Saturday, September 30th on the small race track in Lignières (including 2 instructors). So far we are 6 cars but need to be 12 to have the track exclusively for us.

Who would like to join us? For more information please see the PDF-flyer below.

Feel free to send me a PM.
