Ok so I picked this up today. Its a original canvas about 4ft by 4 ft.
I have no idea the car driver or race it is based upon anyone car to guess?
Bonus point if anyone knows the artist?

I wouldn't say it's the best piece of art I've ever seen but it will definitely look fetching on the garage wall

The artist might be Helen Taylor. She has done a fair amount of vintage race car portraits.

Garage wall? No way! Belongs over the sofa in the living room. Tell the wife she can get a new sofa to coordinate with the color of the car.

    Great idea!
Neutral sofa so that shouldn't be a problem. .

Could very well be her. Unfortunately her web site is down. helentaylor.com is the address given in an article on British motorsport artists.
