Just bought my first Ferrari 2013 Italia

    It was very difficult to pull the trigger on something so extravagant. I've always been able to spend money on others but have a hard time buying really nice things for myself. Also, having the dream of being able to make a contribution to the world financially clashes with my personal desires.

    Well this week, I caved in and purchased a 2013 Italia.

    My previous sports cars have mainly been Porsches (classic & 997) and a 2012 R8 V10. I was really torn between this and a Mclaren 650S but wanted to realize a childhood dream so I made the choice for Ferrari.

    Are there any local meets in the Seattle area? Hope to get to know some of you online and in person.

    Congrats. The 650s is a much faster car. But the sound, styling and heritage of the ferrari is my preference. If you want something closer in terms of performance the 488 would be something to consider in the future.

    I asked for a quote for my trade in, they gave me the price and I asked $5000 off of the Ferrari, we both pay shipping one way. Deal was done with 1 ten minute call and a few texts. Money was wired and car is on the truck. So far it's been very smooth. When I get the car next week, I can get some photos up
