    Fellow Fchatters:

I'm on the hunt for a '77 308 GTB who plans to drive and enjoy it.

Prefer black/red or black/black or silver/red...sorry no red plz other than the interior ;)
Prefer a high quality original driver but will consider any condition.
Please PM me or send any leads my way.

    Thank you!

    Noah

@topcarbon - Quite particular to black but can keep an open mind for yellow. Also, would consider a '77, '78 or '79 carbureted 308 GTB. Not too sure what any significant changes were between '77-'79? Steel body vs. Vetroresina works for me. Thanks!

77 is the only year with no cats so it has the same rear engine lid as a euro with smaller louver size.

The '76-'77 cars also have the same cams as the dry sump cars, so they are as close to a euro as you can get for a USA car. I'm not sure if the gearbox ratios are the same as on the dry sump cars, though...

Will have a blue one for sale off a complete restoration if your interested. Very rare color combo, and will be done sometime in March I hope. Not sure if you can wait that long or not.
    Call me for details 509-370-3623
    Thanks Brian

If it's going to be done some time in March, and the op isn't interested in a blue car, I might have interest. Timing would be near ideal for me.

I've got a driver quality 77 GTB black exterior red interior. Original was black interior but it was swapped at some point in its life. I was planning to hold it for awhile longer but may consider selling since I just picked up a 360 and am a bit too crowded. Give me a ring if you are still in the market. 317-919-2049. Gil

Yes you're right. But for me a 76 is a VR most of the time and they were all non cat. So yes the very early steel of 76 are the same.
