During the course of the Mimran Downdraft's restoration last year, we invited a number of people to come by and give us some feedback along the way.

Is it possible that some of the later ones came with the front body panels flush with the windscreen instead of the standard slightly raised at the corner?

Not from the factory, if you've seen a car like that perhaps the body panels or windscreen gave been retrofitted incorrectly, or its a replica.

I have begun converting my DD to a euro body and started with the back.
The removal was pretty basic and the installation of the trapezoidal reflector/lights/etc... fit perfectly.

I need to drill holes to install the logos on the back plate.

Does any one have placement dimensions?

John, you certainly do not waste any time!

I'll use this illustration of an image of my car to pull some actual dimensions as best as I can make them.

John, here you are, approximate dimensions in inches as best as my hands & eyes could make them, based off a factory-built unmodified Downdraft, so I'm reasonably sure these are numbers you can work with.

I would imagine that this could be used for any car that has the Tipo USA rear panel.

When you get to the aftermarket side-skirts, let's have a word, there are some concerns I see with many cars that perhaps you can avoid.

IG image captioned by the poster:

"Euro-spec, wingless Countach casually cruising down Carmel.
    And it has gold wheels.
    Oh yes."

This was in fact on Ocean Drive, in Carmel.

The problem you run into with IG images is that unlike the resolution quality maintained by images re-posted from say Flickr, if you re-post these anywhere as people like to do, the image quality suffers significantly https://www.instagram.com/p/BYtRpv-nlX_/?tagged=countach

    FWIW some nice comments made.

As an aside, I’m @ 6’ 2” plus tall, and I must say whereas I barely fit properly in any of the various four-liter Countachs I owned, I am super-comfortable driving this one.
