    Hello:

I am considering fitment of a 19X8.5 front wheel running a 245/35X19 tire.

Does anyone have experience with a 8.5 front wheel. Is there a known offset to request ?

    TIA

    Hi Jim,
I have 245/35/19 tires on front with CS wheels on my 360 with no issues. To be save I had my fenders rolled. I think you would have dramas if you did not roll your fenders. Im running 285/35 on the rear at mo looking to go up to 295/35

The 18" wheels with 8.5 width are the Challenge Race Spec wheel IIRC so you are right in the ballpark but that is track.... if your car is lowered or you have weird road transition areas that you frequent it "could" be a problem. The rolling the fenders is a good idea because it doesn't take much to hit the rubber to the inner fender.

    Thanks for the replies.

I'm considering the 245/35-19 front with 295/30-20 on the rear. Right now I have 18's and 19's on the car but considering the Brembo 380mm brakes.

    Regards

I am running 19x9 F and 19 x11 rear wheels and 458 Challenge slicks on my 360 CH car. It is unbelievable on track but I doubt it would be a happy drive on the street. Its not easy to keep the car moving in a straight line, tram lining. The car turns in like it reads your mind and overall grip is the highest I've experienced in a tin roof GT car. Data has shown 1.9l g's. Watch for higher wear on wheel bearings.

That's what I've been running since I owned the car. The "only" time the rubber hit the inner fender was when she decided to mow the grass ;) at RA

I have a 9" front running a 255/30/19 and it's perfect. I don't have the exact offset, but if you look up offset for Novitec NF1-NF3, they should be the same.

Thanks once more for the replies.

I'll take a look at the Novatec offset.

    On my F430 I'm running 8.5 " x 20" rims with +27 offset on 245/30.
The size your inquiring about is really close to my size considering I'm running 20"rims with 30 ratio tires.
