    Hi,
    I'm missing the base for the rear view mirror on my L-series, and I'm at the point (years) where finding one is difficult and I want to replace the temporary mirror I have.
    I have the mount that screws to the roof and the actual mirror itself.

    Last call: does anyone have a mirror base or has already had some made? (Jon, Matthias?)
    If not, I'm planning to have a small number of these manufactured but need a sample or some dimensions.
    Note that these are unique to early Dino's (see pic - borrowed from another thread), M/E-series coupes had a different design where the end of the sunvisor clips into the mirror base.
