    Hi Jurrian,

Can you please expand on the different fitments? How is the fitment different if the car is lowered. I ask because I'm currently using p101's (20"/21") on a Novitec lowered 488. I would like to go back to the stock ride height.

    Thanks

    Jeff

When a vehicle is lowered the wheels tend to naturally camber. It's a negative camber where the top of the wheel/tire is moved inward. Those extra degrees of camber would require you to change the offset a few extra mm's to get it back to sitting flush.

Now if you look at it the opposite way, if you order the fitment to be flush when the car is lowered and you go back to OEM ride height the wheels will lose that negative camber, having a more neutral one, and it may* cause your wheels to poke slightly past the fender.

Neither finish has been photographed before on a Red Corsa 458 Spider, you'd be the first so shall we make this happen? ;)

It's a tight squeeze, but I'm sure that's not the normal ride height, as this vehicle is on airbags. In the photos I'm sure the airbags are aired out, but while driving they're inflated more to give more clearance. That rear wheel really does tuck up in there though doesn't it. So yeah, it's just slammed like this for the photos.

    Question to the wheel doctors....

    Question 1
I noticed that on the 458, going from the OEM tires (20) to a set of (22); there is less than an inch overall for both the front and rears. However going from a 488 OEM tire (20) to a set of (22) are MORE than an inch overall. Are there any issues ??? Speedometer, rubbing, etc.

    Question 2
If I plan on tracking my 488 and also taking it to the mountains to due some spirited driving (lots of high speed switch back and very very tight turns) .... would you recommend a 20-21 setup or 21-22. Note that I do not want to change the wheels for event days... and what size wheels ...

As you have probably seen, we have run quite a bit of both options for these cars without issues at all! So long as the proper sizing is used you can work with either setup.

That said, the 21/ 22 is much more aggressive looking and truthfully can handle spirited driving just as well. However, if you prefer a little more meat between the the wheels, the 20/21 is the way to go. It truly comes down to preference.
