Curious is that worldwide or USA only?

That is worldwide, in theory if you double that number that equates to just over 50,000 per year, a new production record. For the most part production on the GranTurismo has ended. When the new GranTurismo comes on line in 18 months that should put them over 60,000 units per year. Then maybe 10,000 alfieris a year and you're at the 70 to 75,000 goal.

I thought the all new GranTurismo was put on hold or delayed? Has that changed again due to good sales?

The final numbers will probably be slightly higher than your projection due to the face lift of the 2018 model year which is just now hitting the showrooms, which will be the last of the current GranTurismo

Your Levante post shows sales of 3467 for the USA in 2017. What is included in the 610 .... everything else?

    Replying to F1Tommy's post #5.

The 610# units are for the Maserati GranTurismo.

Interesting.... I wonder if it is just wishful thinking that we will see a GT replacement that soon. I hope so, and if they are smart they will offer it with a normally aspirated V8 + a turbo V6. Alfa is supposedly working on a new 2 door coupe so stepping on each other again if the Alfa is indeed like an F-type Jaguar. We will see soon enough(maybe not soon enough).

By the way, when I said good sales I meant overall for Maserati, thus allowing extra cash flow...The GT has been slow in sales for several years.

Sadly the Levante is outselling all the other models combined.

The way of the World I guess, as SUV / Crossover sales relentlessly march on.

I think car manufacturers can't release a new n/a V8 today, due to emissions and consumption rules (at least in Europe).

I just got me a used Quattroporte (M139), which I already has a few years ago and sold it (today I can't say why).
These V8-Maseratis are the last of a dying breed.

    All you'll get in future is a turbocharged V6 or V8 (personally I think V8 won't survive).

Here in Germany, people are going crazy about climate change and electric cars.
Europe will change its car politics dramatically.
