if you selling the s line exhaust seperately please send me a pm
Contacted Stratocaster back. Sounds like he is going to look at a local car first. Best of luck. Euro_king.... Will do! Al
Pm's responded again. Lots of interest. The weather has been (surprisingly) great in Chicago to happy to take out on the road since there isn't any salt and temps are hovering around the low 50's for the next week+.
December update... Having the F430 fully serviced at LFSC, spared no expense! Annual oil, coolant replacement, brake fluid, F1 Fluid, drive belts, spark plugs, and more! Price is now $109.5k and has been fully serviced by Ferrari (LFSC) in Lake Forest, IL. PM me or email at [email protected] if you are looking for a spared no expense F430 in the right color with the right options. Al
Happy new year all... Fully service and detail by Ferrari in Lake Forrest, IL. By full service, I mean over $4k spent to make this car maintenance free aside from oil changes for 2-3 years. She is now back in climate controlled storage under a cover with the tender on. Miles are still below 21,000!
It has not. 30% or so remaining. Dealer says current clutch should last another couple of seasons. Just had the PPI done, and remedied all recommendations, spared no expense. That's what the over $4500 in maintenance was just a few weeks ago.
I'm in Northbrook Illinois and looking to buy around March / April. Lets stay in touch. Regards, Alan
Looks like a nice clean fun car. Love the challenge wheels. But spared no expense and missed the clutch? 30% is pretty low. Maybe I’m saying what a lot of people are thinking.
Thanks for bump and compliments. Ferrari told me that that I would be foolish to replace a clutch that is working perfectly that is only driven a few thousand miles a year. They felt at this rate you can get one to two full driving seasons out of it. Bump!
Agree. This car strikes me as a “steal.” Makes me wonder if there’s more to the story or if the F430 market is just really that tough.
All valid concerns. I've had two deposits come and go in that time. First couldn't get the financing, second had a change of heart right before payment and shipping was about to take place. That was in December. Since, I've had several people PM and email saying that they'll be looking in the Spring. I really think it's the annual new crowd of buyers that has to get educated on what to look for, what options are important, etc. I understand it, I was in their shoes two years ago. Also did I mention how easy it was to get financed through Penfed for this car at 2.99% at the time. No age restriction with PenFed which is super uncommon, the car financed just need to be equal to or less than the NADA guide value. There aren't many downsides to mine... Full clear bra No front end under bumper scrape, scrape guards installed No scraping on rear diffuser strakes Carbon Fiber Interior Zones Daytona / Power Seats (A must) Full leather rear shelf and headliner Ferrari CCB 380MM front brakes Challenge wheels (Flawless) Agency Headers S-Line xpipe (Sounds like 355 or 360 with tubi yet angrier with slightly more bass) No sticky stuff I replaced all the bottoms and areas that were sticky Fresh bill of health with a over $4k receipt for all maintenance required for the next several years from Ferrari Lake Forrest
