What have you guys used to clean up your silver door pockets on your 360? The paint on mine isn't in bad shape but they look like they could use a really good deep clean. I'm guessing there isn't a ton of paint there so hesitant to use any aggressive compound / solvent. Thanks : )
The painted silver non-clearcoat finish can initially be cleaned with a degreaser, and a nailbrush or toothbrush as necessary. If there are stubborn marks a cutting polish carefully applied (with limited pressure in a limited area) on the mark can help remove/lessen it. Then an interior dressing can be used to finish. Be careful to avoid getting products on the door card leather (or the door pocket could be removed via the hex screws).
Get a can of Plexus. I use this from Helmets to my 360 interior and anything in between. A little goes a long way. You can pick it up in most motorcycle shops.
