    The conversion was done in 1980 in Germany by an engineer firm? Anyone know the name of the German engineering firm? I remembering seeing it in one of the old chats, but have been unable to locate the information. Thanks

    I think you are on the money Ramboy. The clam shell cover for the top is dead on. I was told it was someone else but I think the fact that this is the only picture of a clam shell 400 that matches 17675 is most likely proof positive.
