You can post a few before you hit the limit, but yes upgrading helps in the end. The private forum is a great deal of fun, you would like it.

Very nice. You've done a lot of work on it. I remember seeing it before you bought it at Evans.

Thanks, I went over the car with a fine toothed comb after I got it, fixed everything that did not work, finished the euro bumper restoration, full header and sport exhaust. The car is a rolling show where ever I go with it :).

Looks like you removed all smog stuff. Did you also disconect the Bosch brain boxes in the rear behind the right trunk cover?

The Countach is the one car, car show. I had already bought mine before I saw yours. Your Countach was a nice car then ( it had the boxed rockers then didn't it?), and George was restoring a yellow Vector with a Diablo engine.

Yes, aluminum radiators and upgraded electric fans. Jalpa Mike gave me the leads on the newer fans years ago (Thanks Mike)

Still running the bosch brain boxes. I welded O2 bungs into the exaust. But you can also just disconnect the frequency valves and the car will run just fine

Yes, that is the car I bought. I had looked at about ten Countach's and that one was the nicest one on the market at the time. The boxed rockers had to go. Although a cool touch "back in the day" I had to get the car back to its intended shape. I did quite a bit of work to it the first 1-2 years of ownership to take it to the next level. Since then it has been trouble free and lots of fun :)
