Tucson for 2 Days

I was there in June and had a great time. Check out the Pima Air and Space museum for sure for a day...incredible collection. Saguaro National Park was really nice, but be careful if you go hiking...my brother almost stepped on a rattle snake that blended almost perfectly into the dirt and rocks.

Also go to In-N-Out burger if you never have been. Ask for a double double "animal style" (it's unlisted on the menu so you have to ask) and "animal style" fries as well. The shakes are pretty good, too.

Take a drive up Mt Lemon.

 

Totally agree. Also, if on the West side of town, the W Gate Pass Rd is a fun little drive.

 

If you are in Tucson with a bit of time to see stuff with kids in tow, the museum tour can be a great experience as well as
an opportunity for some unique opportunities.
1. Pima Air Museum.
2. Titan Missile Museum.
3. Sonora Desert Museum.

Now, if you are there at the right time to use it, the water slide at La Paloma is also fun when it is cold back home.

 

I was in Tucson this past weekend and it rained quite a bit on Sunday...very odd compared to the last time I was there in June with a horrible heat wave. It was perfect Monday, though! Hope the weather is good when you travel.
