Anyone know this bracket?

I found this bracket in the lower level of my 612 trunk where the tool kit goes. Anyone have any idea what it is? Image Unavailable, Please Login

But Anthony, they are really tightening up annual vehicle inspections in Mass starting this past October. My guy told me I am going to have to do something to affix a front plate because he actually has to take a picture of it when he does the inspection.

 

I just realized we should have all told you that's a critical engine mounting bracket and don't drive the car without it attached.

Understood. That's Massachusetts for you. Spend more money on cameras, data collection and storage, and another bunch of employees to keep it all running and updating etc etc. to make sure an inspection is done. And to think some states don't have inspections. Hummmm
