WTF
Do I understand this correctly? Yellow compass leases a space that they decide need more creature comfort's aka. Plumbing etc. you except the project, forward the bill, they terminate the lease and leave it for the owner of the property to make good the payment? Sweet.. yeah, I'll run right down and buy my next Ferrari from yellow compass
I joined your forum many months ago to do some research on trending investments. I learned about it through YC. You may question our credibility. That's your right. And yes we are staying somewhat anonymous. That to is alright. And it doesn't lessen the validity of our relationship and history with YC. We didn't start this to air the dirty laundry. Quite truly we hadn't expected so much traffic. YC could be a very good company. Mr. Berman, not Craig (Why a pen name? Hmmm?) as is written in this forum, has an insatiable passion for Ferrari's. But passion doesn't make a good businessman. Know your product. Know your business. Know your responsibilities. Our only goal in this string is as was written. A Word of Caution. We never said DON'T do business with YC. By all means, please do. If YC grows perhaps MB will have some extra money and come back to pay his bill. And if that happens, we'll be right back to applaud his efforts. Success is a wonderful thing. And we wish him only success. But in the meantime we don't like being used and abused and don't want that to potentially happen to you. Empty promises don't pay the electric bill. Insults don't put food on the table. If you're going to contract a vendor for service, you should make sure that you carry the funds to pay the bill. Don't spend my money on ice cream and bagels. Someone said "... write it off". It has been. So we have to tighten our belts and go without so that YC can walk away with our money? I'm sorry, that's wrong. That's a self imposed, selective Chapter 13. You're entitled to disagree with our approach to highlighting this. That's your prerogative. Sufficient vetting was our mistake. Had we done a better job of that, this most likely would have never happened. With that said, I will bow out of your forum and write it off to poor judgement. A very lively group you all have here. Polite, well spoken, professional and interested. Thank you for listening and responding. Sincerely, The Troll!
Who is "we"? I so prefer when people refer to themselves in their entire surname and family name. Much more interesting even if it sounds narcissistic... e.g. "John Parker would like some water. John thinks this is a good idea." "We" makes me think the other multiple personalities in the room. "They" might order the chicken for me when I prefer the salmon entree. Unnerving. This accomplished nothing. "Be careful"... is useless. "Be careful there is a pit five feet ahead by the yellow postbox"... is useful.
Without posting factual details and staying anonymous absolutely lessens the validity of the alleged claim. You started the thread as a tool to attempt to collect the money you are allegedly owed.
