    Actually, I think they only did that so you could get into the back seats. :)

    I was going to reserve one but they wanted a $5k deposit (no problem) but then they wanted another $245k wire transfer within 10 days. I guess they are jacking the price $50k on the first car to discourage flippers. But knowing Tesla's problems with production I figure I'd be dead by the time the car was to be delivered anyway. Heck, it's still 12 to 18 months wait for a Model 3.

    That dude is the biggest flim flam man in history. We had a dozen teslas on our block and not one was on the road longer then week, all getting software updates. I know 4 gave them via back lemon law LOL.

    Love the concept but I'll wait for the VW Microbus in 3 years

    If they were real and verified, sure. But with a company bleeding over a half billion dollars in a quarter with limited fundraising ability left this sounds more like an attempt to bait people than a real product.

    Yeah numbers look impressive but handles like the bullet train, no thanks :)

    Something about electric cars just dont do it for me. Love that engine sound. I will be very dissapointed when F1 goes pure elecctric

    Yeah - I found it rather bizarre how some of the people were just about in tears of mass joy. Like the Asian girl when the charge details listed - I mean did she even know what they mean? :D

    I hope it goes qnd tesla does not go broke. They seem to be the main thing driving electric car tech

    I’ve read at least a half dozen articles from non-automotive magazines since Tesla announced this car that to my knowledge doesn’t even run yet. So the media is propping up this new super car with these performance numbers with at least a couple articles mentioning that it’s the end of the ICE. Tesla has bested the best at their own game and at a fraction of the price. Glory hallelujah!!!
