Why? Because it is more rare? Don't you enjoy driving with the top off?

I've had a GTB and wish I had held on to it.
Rarity has nothing to do with it for me. I think they are better looking cars, and they feel much more solid.
I'm not as into the top off thing as I thought I would be when I bought my first GTS. Guess I thought the grass was greener.
The roads around where I live are basically paved cow paths, so any flexibility in the chassis is really apparent.
As for enjoying the top off; its nice, but the seasons short enough that it's not a factor for me.

When I feel I just _have_ to have the top off I remove the top on the C7... otherwise it's the GTB all the way... was out running the back road curves, hills and dips at 90-98 in the 328 today..... it was grand..... :)

The C7, unless you've got your foot stuck into it is as exciting as a-most-any-make-sedan..... the 328, on the other hand, puts a smile on my face from ear to ear just shifting gears and listening to the sounds....

I've had my c7 since '14 and have put almost 30k miles on it.
I've never taken the top off. :)

I've got 58K on my '15 C7. While I split the DD duties between the two cars. The 328 gets taken out of the garage most of the time. The C7 for the larger trunk, or if I'm making a trip that is longer than around 2200 miles R/T. I generally put 800-1200 miles on the 328 per month.

    I had a carbed 2v gtb and a 4v gtsi.

Both were fun to drive. It's amazing how small they are by today's standards. And I thought it was big compared to my Dino gt.

I'm 6'2" and cramped in a GTB, so I'll stick with my GTSi. Not cramped in my 360 though. I didn't realize just how much bigger a 360 is than a 308 until I saw them together.

308 gtb is pure art on wheels in my opinion if I could fit in one I would own one. I still occasionally contemplate buying one and parking it in my living room!

I had mine for 14 years and enjoyed the 30K+ miles I put on it. It felt like a go kart but with 240HP . I loved the sound of the carbs singing and the fun of the italian tune up at each outing. Yeah it was a little stiff riding and ir smelled of gas when you parked it but it was a real head turner when ever it was out and about. It always had it's squeaks and grown's but it was still fun to drive. I never had a problem fitting my 6'3" 240LB frame in it and when locked in I was pretty comfortable in that little GTB. I even enjoyed the challenge of working on it and hunting for parts but as age started to creep in it was time to move on to a more civil GT car. So for those who have them enjoy them and for those looking to get into one good hunting.

I'm only 5'-11" but can appreciate the additional head room in a GTB. It seems substantial.

When I was shopping I would have taken either but I don't think I would have been willing to pay a substantial premium just because it was a GTB.

IIRC, GTS's were selling for more than their GTB counterparts a few years back.

I had the same sentiment today. I've had my 355 GTS for almost 4 years now, but got a '77 GTB this year. It had been sitting for quite a few years when I bought it, so we took the time to do a mechanical refresh (full suspension overhaul, etc.). This weekend was the first time I've had a chance to drive them back to back, and I think I prefer the 308.
    What a great car!

Had an 84 GTB QV US Version. It was ok.. sold it thinking I wanted a 360 coupe. Quickly realized after six months the 308 is where my heart is at. Bought an 85 308 Euro GTS QV and appreciate the lines and stance so much more than I did the GTB. Perfect! IMO

Sometimes my mind wanders around thinking of trading 'up' to a more modern ,faster, etc Ferrari, then i take her out for a spin and realize i am never going to do that.

Bit like being married for 25 years and looking at younger possibilities i guess.:D

Might add a Scud one day ,if the numbers work out ,she can be the naughty mistress .

Go for the scud but keep the 308. Best of both worlds.
