I was just in building my 812 (should go into production in Feb) and I spec'd the diamond finish wheels. Problem is, I (we, dealer) can't really tell what they actually look like. It appears to be a "reverse" diamond finish. Do you or anyone else have a good picture of them and thoughts?
Here are the wheels. This is from the Ferrari store in NY. The non gloss wheels are a very flat silver. View attachment 2473887 View attachment 2473888
thanks for sending, for some reason when I click on the link it says I don't have permission? What are your thoughts seeing them in person? Appreciate the help...big decision when the config at the dealer doesn't render all that well.
I like them. Please send me your email address and I can send you the pictures. Not sure why the attachments won’t open. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
In the past, the Diamond finish was on the flat outward facing part of the spoke and rim edge. My dealer said that he thought it was different with the new forged 812 rim. The polished shiny finish is seen on the sides of the spokes! But I didn’t get a chance to see a picture or get an idea about the aesthetics. Clockem saw some beautiful rims which he was kind enough to share pictures of. However, the diamond finish rim he picked is a different style from the twist forged 812rims shown at the show and worn by virtually all the demo cars which dealers were given. So still hoping to see the 812 Diamond rims

MalibuGuy- that’s exactly what i was told and when we were on the configurator you could kind of tell but hard to wrap my head around. I am going with GF so the color of the rim could be significant as it’s not a really dark grey. Only_f12tdf- Thanks! Still a little tricky as it’s only the inside of the spoke but very helpful.
Does anyone know the Ferrari part for the wheels above? They don’t seem to be on the US price list. Thanks.
Do you have and example of G Scuro Metallic please, that’s new to me and my 812 is about to lock spec so asap helpful....
