Thanks! The interior is tan, so the most common color for the luggage. Thing is, the luggage won't fit in the car with the spare, so a lot of these are shown with either the spare, spare kit, and jack, OR the luggage. I'll eventually have both, so I'll jump on a set when I see one. Just found a new Becker unit with the code card! Don't mind paying a bit of a premium for it. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Look at all the aftermarket audio and video stuff that was removed! It had a backup camera and a voice activated something-or-other and the amount of wiring is just amazing! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Couple of years ago I snapped a few shots of a yellow sunroof 360 in a dealer's lot. Is this the one you bought? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The motor is back together and ready to go back into the car. Hoping to have it back next Friday, which is my birthday! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Love seeing this project progress the way it has. When I had my 430, I went through that car to make sure everything was perfect. I really enjoy seeing a fellow owner do the same. Great job.
The engine and transmission are back in the car, but unfortunately it will not be ready for my birthday on Friday. A couple of parts I bought were just not here in time, so we're shooting for before Christmas. Jim took me through all of the electronics that came out of the car, and he said it was brilliantly set up. Everything worked together seamlessly, even though some of the older units were long before Bluetooth! I'm happy enough to see the car coming back together, but not having it is killing me! Great job mate I'm almost done getting belts ,both fuel pumps ,rollover valves and plugs done on my spider ,roof off job ! And I thought that was big ..beautiful car good for you I compleatly agree with the 'get it sorted and drive it 'way of approaching Ferrari ownership
It's alive! Unfortunately, the .mov file is too large, but it's idling solid as a rock. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I'll find out tomorrow, and only if everything goes perfectly. Jim had to do a ton of trouble shooting with the wiring harness so far. He is brilliant with the electrical system.
I got the car home! I was so excited I forgot to take any photos, but the weather was awful with low clouds, mist, and light fog anyway. My dealer plate expired, so I just drove it straight home. Going to register it and pay the tax today.
George, just a quick thought on those pre-cats. I get that you want the car to look original but considering they fail and can cause some significant damage did you consider having the pre-cats gutted and replaced with a modern (non-disintegrating) material? I would think an expert shop could do that and have them look original, eliminating the issue altogether. Just a thought, love how you brought this car back to excellent condition!
This is something I want to investigate. I have an extra set of headers if I could find someone who would know how to make a more modern and durable pre-cat for them. Aftermarket headers that I'm aware of delete the pre-cat, or I'd consider that too.
Yes, they delete it in the header section then usually sell a "Sport Cat" or similar for downstream installation. I bet you have been babying her so far, wait until you hear her once those valves open up on the CS exhaust! I LOVE that sound!
One of the rare sunroof cars is totaled and getting parted out https://m.ebay.com/itm/Ferrari-360-Modena-Coupe-Sunroof-Style-Roof-Cut-Slight-Dent-P-N-65924100/121373442302?hash=item1c426bc0fe:g:88gAAOSwVupTrbe9 Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Love the car and your commitment. How it should be. Please give us pictures and driving impressions! Did you drive it before? Scott
I've had it out every dry day since I got it back on the 26th. Among other things, three lifters were bad, so now it idles perfectly and the throttle response is very crisp. I drove it for a day before I took it in for the resto, and the difference is night and day. The new clutch and flywheel make a huge difference. Very happy with how it came out. The weather has been awful, so I haven't taken any pix yet, but I will. Haven't seen the sun in days here.
