    I came to the 488 from a McLaren MP4-12C; and love the 488!

    12C has the carbon fiber tub so it feels much more rigid and thus harsher; very akin to a Lamborghini Huracan. The 488 feels much more refined and pleasant to drive. I also installed A Novitec Exhaust System without Flap Regulation and Fabspeed Test pipes. I love the sound of the Novitec exhaust; the test pipes however proved a bit too loud and didn’t pass the wife factor (I loved it... :) ), so I re-installed the stock cats. It’s way quieter now, but still has a very nice higher pitched tone.

    In summary this is an amazing machine and I love every second behind the wheel!

    If you have the inclination, it would be great to post an exhaust video of your aftermarket system.(e.g., acceleration runs both from in the car and from the roadside).

    Wow it must have been a night & day difference coming from the MP4 (which admittedly got a little long in the tooth)

    The Novitec Exhaust system is incredible - I'm glad you were able to find a happy medium with the wife. Did you also consider Novitec's carbon aero options? We're proud to be Novitec's Premium U.S. dealer so it would be a pleasure to work with you on some additional pieces for the car :)

    Tough to let it idle for a few months when I just could drive it for a few...
    This color is really nice as it completely changes depending on the angle and the lights.
