The 812 in grey is spectacular, the last shot of the rear from above showing the angular lines and scoops/vents is beautiful in an evil way.
Absolutely, that angle has always been great for all the front engined V12 Ferrari cars since the 599
I'd go black with black Alcantara which will look classy and sassy. I'm not a fan of bold accent stripes either as they can be jarring after a while and often not very subtle, but each to their own.
The Nero Daytona picture confirmed I made the right choice in ordering my 812 in that color. Thanks for posting!
Nero Daytona is easier to maintain than glossy black. Plus it still shows off the design lines, curves, and vents.
Expecting to see a video with more angles and distances from the car. That one is very close for a correct appreciation.
As always, Ferrarichatter are tough critics and not easily won over. Or perhaps he is a member of the grey council
Lines are very masculine, and that reminds me more of a Lambo than a Ferrari. I find most Ferrari exterior design language to be softer and feminine, whereas Lambo leans toward being angular and thus masculine. At the same time, that angle makes the cluttered appearance of the 812 design even more obvious. Compare that to the same angle on a F12 and notice how clean the lines are on the F12.
Reading again my message can pretend ungrateful, but on the contrary, I have been waiting for this since the car announcement. I think is probably the best colour, or at least one of the 3 bests this model can wear. Because of that, i would love to see it more completely.
