Hide Food??

I conditioned all my leather this weekend with Connolly Hide Care and it went perfectly. I applied it using my bare hands then wiped the leather down after about 30 minutes or so. The following day I wiped the leather down once again to remove some of the remaining stickiness. The smell dissipates quickly.

 

Hide Food does seem to be sensitive to exposure to heat. I wouldn’t use it if it’s turned color or gotten dark. I’ve gotten jars with a bit of liquid from time to time. Just stirred it up and it returned to its normal creamy form. I don’t use anything else on my Jag interiors. Just wipe the leather down with a damp cloth and then rub in the Hide Food with a cotton cloth. Buff with a clean cotton towel once it’s dry.

On the Ferraris, I use Leatherique.

Since they both seem to work well in their respective application, I don’t mess with other pairings.

why would some one hide food in their 308?
