The biggest issue when I purchased my scud was the milky coolant reservoir cover. I debated for months buying an aftermarket one or sending to a shop, but I was never confident in anyone's quality and workmanship. I have a lot of experience in carbon fiber so I decided to take a crack at it. Let me know what you think! Thinking about doing this on the side for yellowed/milky exotic carbon parts.

Great work. Is special paint required to handle the engine bay temp?

I honestly never knew you could do this to CF and make it look so good.

Thanks for trying, succeeding, and showing it. Impressive!

What grit paper did you use? And I’m assuming - given the price of some of these bits (and size) it’s not necessarily worth it to go at it with a machine?

I have the LH/RH carbon engine side panels, and coolant tank cover. They were replaced for this reason, but obviously can be repaired, the spots on the side panels are not too big either.
Contact me on my personal email if you are interested in maybe buying for a fair price, I can also make an effort and get some pics.

This is a great job. I have done it myself a fair amount over the years on carbon exposed to the elements (mostly Ducati parts but I did some Ferrari engine bay panels last year) but it's very involving and very delicate at times. I think that for you to offer this as a service should be well received and people should be grateful that someone would take this on. I hope that you get lots of takers!
