Is a Peurto Rico car, a "US" car?

The VIN does suggest that this is a US spec car.

The 8th digit in a VIN describes the market the car is for, the letter 'A' refers to LHD - North America

 

Born in raised here in Puerto Rico. As a US territory all of our vehicles are US spec and sold and serviced the same as any stateside dealer. In fact, due to the ridiculous Jones act, any car being shipped here needs to first land in the US and then board a US built, crewed, and flagged ship to get sent here. which is why vehicle costs here are much more expensive. Think of Puerto Rico cars the same as Hawaii cars just without the right to vote ;-)

 

For it's very low miles a very spectacular low price ... ?

 

Check the 430 section apparently this car had some issues when someone there inquired about it. Search the vin

I sent an inquiry to the seller and the next day I received three separate answers with a standard text which did not address the two questions that I sent them about the paint and any accidents. A day later I received a fourth email in which the sales person told me that the car was on hold for a buyer and if the sale didnt go through he would be measuring the paint for me.
